“There are two primary experiences that you can have in life, an experience of love or an experience of fear. What you’re experiencing is a direct reflection of who you are being and not what you have or do.”
- Amir Zoghi –
It can be easy to confuse yourself about who you are when you’re measuring yourself by your possessions and what you do in life, but ultimately what you have and do have nothing to do with who you are. Those things have not even a little to do with it; they have nothing to do with who you are at all.
Who you are can only be realised when are no longer measuring yourself against what you do or what you own. The moment you measure yourself against what you own will be the moment that you are controlled and ultimately owned by those very things. You don’t own any one thing, you are everything! You only need to be in control of something that is not you. You are one with existence, you are all that is.
Now, I know what I’m sharing with you cannot be understood but you can feel the Truth of what I’m sharing with you today in who you are being. Listen to me my dear, you have nothing to lose, you have nothing to worry about and you have all the possibilities you love as long as you are not measuring who you are by what you do and have. Everything is an experience and in all experiences you have the choice to determine how you will experience your experiences. Your experience of either love or fear is not determined by what you are doing; what determines your experience is who you are being when you are doing what you’re doing. Do you get me? Your experience of either love or fear is not determined by your possessions, what determines your experience is who you are being when you are experiencing your possessions.
All emotions stem from either love or fear and what determines your emotions is who you are choosing to be in every moment, in every experience. The trick is to be conscious of the choice you have because the moment you are not, you are choosing out of fear as love is only conscious.
What I’m sharing with you my dear is quite simple; how you are experiencing what you have and what you do have nothing to do with what you do or what you have. It has everything to do with who you are being when you’re doing what you do or when you are experiencing what you have. It has everything to do with who you are being even when you’re not doing, or even when you’re experiencing what you don’t have.
Who are you being right now in this moment, fear or love? The UNIVERSE
